Two City Center

Project Info

The Two City Center office building began with a cocktail napkin sketch and went directly into a design assist / design build subcontract that resulted in a 12 story office building TOC in 12 months.  As part of the NIZ Zone, this project was a keystone in the long term revival of downtown Allentown. Prefabricated brick, stone, ACM and EIFS panels were used to create a timeless commercial office building on the northeast corner of the city center.
