Project Info

The Penn Corporate Center at 3001 Emrick Blvd in Bethlehem, PA was a design build project that integrated prefabricated ACM spandrel panels with ribbon windows and field installed corrugated metal at the exterior stair towers.  The simple design was conceived, designed, and built in under 6 months. The panel installation was completed in weeks with ribbons going in days after final weld inspections.
