President
Andrew Hudson is the Founder and President of New England Prefab and serves as Vice President of Development at Jersey Panel Corporation and is a current member of the StoPanel Technology Program Executive Committee. With more than three decades in the construction and building enclosure industry, he specializes in prefabricated exterior wall systems, design-assist delivery, and complex building envelope projects. Andrew has led numerous high-performance projects across the Northeast, bringing together engineering expertise, design, construction management, and prefabrication to improve building envelop quality, performance, schedule, and safety. Joining the StoPanel Program in 2018 was a breakthrough moment with full access to hundreds of construction experts through Sto Corp, Jersey Panel and the entire Affiliate Program. The value that New England Prefab brings to each project through collaboration with our partners is exponentially greater than any one subcontractor and its just so much fun to be working with great people who like to help each other succeed. Ryan Kunkle – Vice President
With more than three decades of leadership in the prefabricated building enclosure industry, Ryan offers proven expertise across the full lifecycle of complex, integrated façade systems. His expertise includes design, technical detailing, preconstruction and design-assist services, design development, estimating, project management, and business development. Ryan has worked closely with architects, engineers, façade consultants, contractors, and developers to translate complex façade concepts into buildable, high-performance prefabricated systems.
Over the past five years, Ryan has expanded his technical leadership to include Ultra-High Performance Concrete (UHPC) and Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) systems, supporting innovative façade solutions from early design through fabrication and installation. He has contributed to hundreds of successful prefabricated panel projects, including international work within the GCC region and the United Arab Emirates.
As Vice President of New England Prefab, Ryan is responsible for strengthening client relationships, leading strategic growth initiatives, and advancing the company’s presence in both domestic and international markets through thoughtful technical collaboration, integration, and design-driven prefabricated enclosure solutions.
