217 – 219 West Broadway is a boutique apartment building designed by world famous architect Costas Kondylis.  The bold facade is a prefabricated exterior wall with imported Bulgarian Limestone and SS buttons and Juliet Balconies that produces a very beautiful and distinct appeal for this trendy NYC neighborhood. The design assist team did extensive design, prototypes and testing of various adhesives to get the best long-term installation of the SS buttons into the limestone cladding.
