Project Info

The Highgrove Condominiums were originally all prefabricated thin brick and gfrc panels.  The design team made a schedule a budget savings decision to switch the gfrc on and around the balconies to an EIFS system with matching finish.  The project remains today as one of the premier apartment buildings in Stamford, CT.
