This very large retail complex is located on right next to the FDR Drive on 119th street in Harlem, NY.  The building occupies the full extent of the jobsite, as such the team made a very wise decision to use a prefabricated exterior wall system which relocated 80% of the labor and materials for that scope offsite.  This improved the overall schedule, the onsite productivity and safety.
