They say the highest form of flattery is imitation.  This owner / developer fell in love with the prefabricated exterior on the famous Tribecca Grand Hotel and want his office building to have a similar look with a mix if thin brick and gfrc.  The design assist process offered schedule and cost savings by replacing all the gfrc with an EIFS system.  The signature Lion heads are GFRG and a unique feature to this local icon builder.
