Project Info
The tallest building in Maine a 201 foot tall residential building renamed, The Casco is located on Federal Street in the heart of Portland. The facade consisted of a three story podium and 18 story tower made with the StoPanel Brick ci system and StoPanel Metal ci systems. The 330 panels were installed the fall of 2023 with a shared tower crane and erecting crew.
