The 466 Springfield Ave office building is located between a main street in downtown Summit, NJ and a train line.  The CM team met the challenges of a very tight jobsite with the use of prefabricated Sto Panels. The beautiful black brick was built in an environmentally control panel shop with the StoPanel Brick ci system using two thicknesses of brick to create a texture with rows of reveal or set back brick. The balance of the back and sides of the building with the toughest logistics were completed with the light weight StoPanel Classic NExT ci system and limestone finish.
