The new ground up construction of a Self-Storage building at 155 W29th Street in the heart of Manhattan is a shining example of the value of off-site construction with StoPanel. The project team went through a 6 month design assist phase with numerous successful value engineering solutions that were accepted by the CM / Ownership team. There were approximately 270 prefab panels on the project that were installed in 3 months with a LTM 1230 hydraulic street crane sitting on W29th Street.
