Melt Restaurant

Project Info

The Melt Restaurant was a major step up in the local restaurant scene in the Lehigh Valley. Local CM Boyle Construction managed the project and design firm Howard Kulp Architects adopted the prefabrication for quality, speed, and performance benefits. The base of the prefab EIFS panels has real Indiana Limestone and the front main entrace canopy was a major success for the design assist team that pulled it off with ACM prefab cladding using a AutoCAD BIM model to coordinate.
