Rego Park Mall

Project Info

The Rego Park Mall project was a design assist / design build facade package that starting in 2006.  The project utilized offsite construction to expedite the schedule and BIM coordination for the exterior walls that included radius walls with snow guards, corrugated metal, louvers,  aluminum composite metal, and thin brick prefabricated panels.  The project saved over 12 months of schedule by starting early and fabricating panels well ahead of scheduled installation.
