The Rutgers Honors Living-Learning Community (HLLC) on the Newark campus features a five-story, 330-space precast concrete parking garage. Located at 56 Summit St, this facility serves HLLC students, faculty, and partners. The garage main elevation was installed in 3 days with the prefabricated Sto Panels during a winter snow storm.
