The acquisition and conversion of the old Bethlehem Steel manufacturing property in Bethlehem, PA was hotly debated and contested as to the benefits vs cons of having a casino in such a small rural town.  The master plan by RTKL proved to successfully add jobs and boost the local economy as witnessed by additional development projects that have brought this former steel town back to life.  There are so many interesting stories and lessons learned from this multi-phased project to share.  Please reach out to start that conversation.
