Serial builder CFA developed several working prototypes with a StoPanel Affiliate in their home market of Georgia. Expansion plans included building 300 new restaurants per year which drove their Industrialized Construction (IC) team to expand into all markets with every form of construction currently used for single story retail projects. Jersey Panel was the proud partner for the first CFA P13-SE restaurant in the greater Philadelphia market. The job consisted of 44 prefabricated Sto Panels with brown thin brick and white Sto Cast brick. The project was completed in 2 weeks, including the install of the exterior wall panels, the roof trusses, and the roof decking.
