The Mark Philadelphia

The Mark Philly is a high-end branded student housing apartment building located in west Philadelphia right between University of Pennsylvania and Drexel University on 37th and Chestnut streets. This project had a very tight jobsite with limited room for laydown of Sto Panels.  The team of Forge Co USA and Jersey Panel created a safe and productive process to rig and off-load an entire trailer bundle of panels with one pick and set it down on the jobsite for a second shift un-wrapping and panel installation.  The trailers of panels were unloaded in minutes after which the empty trailer left Chestnut street for minimal traffic interruption.
