Project Info

This project began with as a design build prefabricated exterior wall scope under one Construction Manager.  It went through an interim CM, and ultimately finished with Gilbane and opened on schedule with a John Bonjovi concert in 2007.  Having a fully prefabricated exterior wall system that was near completely fabricated when Gilbane took over the project allowed for adding a second erecting crew and pulling the schedule back in line for the big opening concert.  Schedule certainty and installation flexibility are two critical values of any prefabricated exterior facade.  Reach out to us if you like to discuss how we can bring the same value to your next project.
