Three City Center

Project Info

Three City Center is the third in a series of Allentown development projects all planned to revitalize the city through a state law that created a Neighborhood Incentive Zone or NIZ.  The majestic office building has a rich Indiana Limestone facade on levels 1 and 2 with complementary EIFS panels on floors 3 – 7. Design Assist details included the limestone reveals, the limestone sunburst window headers, the SS structural through mounts for the canopies, and the EIFS profiles that create a bold column and beam look on the upper floors. This job was also a very fast process with budgets based on rough renderings to TCO in under 16 months.
